Q: How do I care for my candle?
A: Treat your candle like a little ritual companion. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn, place it on a heat-safe surface, and never leave it unattended. Burn for a maximum of 4 hours at a time. This helps minimize soot, but sooting does not affect the intention or quality of your candle
Q: Can I use the candle for any intention?
A: Absolutely! While each candle is formulated for specific intentions, your energy and focus are the most powerful tools. Feel free to use your candle for meditation, manifestation, or just creating sacred space.
Q: My candle burned unevenly — what should I do?
A: Let your candle burn until the entire surface becomes liquid, and trim the wick if necessary. Uneven burns won’t affect your intentions or the magic it holds. If you're using a Flame of Fortune candle, uneven melting is part of the experience. If one wick goes out, gradual melting from the other wick should allow you to eventually relight it.
Q: Are your candles natural?
A: Yes! All Lucid Rx candles are made with natural soy wax, high-quality fragrance oils, and premium botanicals chosen for their energetic properties.
Q: How do I use the optional spell label?
A: Write your intentions, affirmations, or desires on the provided label or somewhere near your candle. Your focus and energy “charge” the candle and help amplify the ritual.
Q: Are the herbs in candles safe to burn?
A: Absolutely! The botanicals are safe when used as intended. They are part of the ritual experience — but please never ingest herbs from candles.
2. Ritual Bath Questions
Q: What's with the lesser-known ingredients in your ritual baths?
A: Our blends are inspired by ancestral wisdom, folk magic, and traditional spiritual practices. Just like our candles, we carefully choose each ingredient for their energetic and magical properties.
Q: Can I pour the bath over my face?
A: Nope! Keep away from your eyes and mouth. Pour or soak from the neck down while setting your intentions.
Q: Are ritual bath ingredients safe for sensitive skin?
A: We use plant-based, all-natural ingredients, but if you have allergies or very sensitive skin, a patch test is always a good idea.
Q: Can I use the bath more than once?
A: Bath blends are made with dried ingredients so you can store leftovers in a cool place over a short period. Just be mindful of any sediment if you forgot to follow up on your ritual over a long period of time!
Q: Can I combine candles and ritual baths?
A: Definitely! Pairing a candle with a bath can enhance your ritual experience. For example, a love candle with a Miel de Oro bath amplifies focus on attraction and self-love intentions.
3. Shipping & Orders
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: All candles and baths are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Shipping time depends on the carrier — we provide tracking so you can follow your magic in transit.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Because items are made-to-order, we can’t guarantee cancellations once the order is processed. If you need help, reach out as soon as possible via our Contact Page — we’ll do our best to help!
Q: What happens if my package is damaged?
A: We double-package all candles and baths for safe delivery, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll gladly replace it or issue store credit.

A: International orders may take longer due to customs but we're open to anything!
