Shipping & returns

All candles and ritual products are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

We ship via UPS or USPS and provide tracking information once your order is dispatched. To ensure your items arrive safely, each candle is double-packaged and cushioned for protection.

Delivery times are dependent on the carrier. Delays due to weather, holidays, or postal service disruptions are outside of our control.

Because our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns due to personal preference, dislike of ingredients, or expectations about metaphysical outcomes, as these experiences are subjective. Each product description clearly details the components to help you make mindful choices before purchasing.

That said, your satisfaction is tremendously important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.
